If you want a new jungler AND a new solo top, why not get the single person who is arguably the best in the game at both? 
Lee Sin does both jobs viciously well, and you will see him in absolutely ALL levels of competitive play, because he is just that freaking awesome.

Why not give Irelia a go.
She's so tanky, while still being

Also been playing Mord and Nasus top, also looking to expand my pallet up there.
I have 7k IP points and not really willing to buy RP. Anyone have some suggestions for 1 char that can fill both roles or 2 I could purchase.
