on first back i tend to get philo stone, and late game i get a shurelya's
usually works out fine but should i keep doing this?

Excellent Guide. I throw my own items in there depending on the scenario. Mercurial scimitar is excellent vs Heavy AP teams.

I think that this guide is the best of sejuani, but you need buy Abissal scepter or/and Rylai, because if you didnt, you dont have AP for you area dagame. I recommend buy Abissal scepter for his MR and his pasive and you will have more damage and MR.

I would just like to start off by saying thank you for making this guide/build. I was a bit skeptical about playing sejuani after i tried her during her free week before the rework, but then I saw my friend play her and gave her a shot with my extra ip. I just want to say your guide has carried me through so many games and has made her my favorite champ. Although very tank oriented i end up pulling out with lots of kills and no deaths in most of my games. TY TY TY

I don't like this guide. Seju is my main in jungle, before the rework too. I really don't like this build.
yes, there are lot of items usefull, like spirit visage if they build heavy ap, or boots of mobility. but i have an important question: you really think that frozen hearth could be usefull for her? She slows breathing, is an useless item. Try to use a warmog, for example. And little bit ap is really important for her. Use Lyandry in lategame, this is the best choice for her

What's your opinion on using Liandry's torment? It adds HP and AP which Sejuani uses. The item's effect doubles to 2% of current HP as magic dmg per .5 seconds because of Sej's 3rd.
