I really like 
Solar Flare
It has a low cooldown, it's an AOE
spell, it stuns those in the center,
it slows those not quite in the center,
it looks awesome and it's easy to hit with !
Plus it has a great amount of range :)

Primordial Burst may not be very fancy, but damn if it doesn't get the job done. AP Champs fear me.
