This is a fairly good guide, I've tried the zombie karthus thing before, and I have to say I'm not a fan, because in some games you'll have a teamfight twice before revive cools down. I like that you've rushed Tear of the Goddess before your catalyst. But I really think that mine is a bit more thought through. I'm still going to upvote, but I'd like you to read over mine so that we can engage in a scholarly discussion on karthus. My guide is here
