You're welcome, after a lot of experimenting with different builds on volibear i found out ionic spark synergies really well with his aoe kit and both W and R
I think I know who those guys are, but I'll keep it for myself.
Really great build and deserves it's spot in top 5. +1
However, I think Q could be picked as first or at least 2-3 for some early-kills.
