Well one way is to play one champion
exceedingly well. A champion which can also
go more than one place (top, bot etc.).
Poppy could be an example ^^.

An artist originalising his work,
per say. Yet what have I done,
I have copied his work.
It's probably wrong too, but lolz. Keep at it LZ, since it makes reading your posts interesting." - ShiftyCake

If one of your lanes if feeding hard, ask your jungler to gank that lane A LOT. Unless the jungler is dying whenever he ganks...should that be the case, push your lane quickly (faster then their jungler can gank you), and quickly go gank the lane having troubles, preferably with your jungler.
You know, I'm one to talk, considering I'm IN ELO Hell right now. I lost 2 games in a row, and then I started seeing Mundo going mid, and tank Ezreal. However, I have not played many ranked games (not sense I first dipped into ELO Hell), as I am currently experimenting with more champions, so I can be more versatile, in order to get me out of ELO Hell.
Your other option is just to pick really overpowered champions or especially hypercarries that don't have bad early games. (Jax is a good example)

It's not always good to gank a lane. For example low level vladimir is super weak. He wants to be pushed so he avoids ganks and pushes in safety. Ganking his lane will not only push his lane and fail probably (because vladimir low level is no dmg at all) but also he will miss some cs and exp.
You can ruin your own vladimirs lane by ganking his lane. True story.

Anyway Hiya Moba Community!
I'm here to ask. How do you get out of ELO Hell?
I know there are numerous guides about it, but I'd like to be a bit selfish and ask for me directly.
I'm 802 ELO down from 1294. Ten wins 27 losses.
My most recent ranked game I played Riven solo top. My score: 8/11/7 (Our Nidalee fed 9 kills before getting a kill herself and then claimed mid), but beside that. That's my score pretty much every game.
I am open to playing any champ (within reason) or any place in the team, support, jungle etc.
If there's anything else you need just comment.
Thanks.
My IGN on NA is LalMirchx.
