Imo Urgot doesn't even fall off late, everyone says he does for some reason, but I don't see it at all o.o
And I don't really see how that's a problem, Ashe does basically the exact same thing, almost all champions are simple. I could say it's annoying to see Veigar just stun someone, and then burst them down.

Imo since his E is easy to hit with, it's a total pain to see him easily "slow,kite, spam,spam,spam" ...
Thanks to the fact that his ratio sucks he got himself a high base dmg on Q and who cares if Urgot falls off late, if he can troll the heck outta you early.
I mean simply that game Dig vs M5... Urgot couldn't hold a 2vs1 nearly the whole laning phase cause the gamer behind it was simply 2 times as good as corki+janna ....
