You might want to include which region you play on.
If you're asking for someone to boost your ELO, I don't
think you'll have much luck around these parts. However, you
might not need the help. If you simply "study" a bit, you can
find champions which might suit you, which you are able to carry
with. This can be any champion, right from one who jungles well, to
one who supports well. If you master one, you alone can change
the outcome of games :). As you then go up in ELO, you will also
get better teammates :). Also, try communicate with your teammates :).

I agree, last week I was hovering around 1k elo, bouncing between 990-1050. I always blamed my teams for losing. I took a break and read a ton of guides on how to play certain roles to the fullest, I watched streams of players who I know play champions I like/want to learn, and I began playing the roles that I knew were my best and that I could carry from. After 2 days of that I noticed a SIGNIFICANT difference in my gameplay and today I sit at just over 1300 elo. My recommendation, find a good duo partner OR play a champion that you know is a game changer late game. As long as you can hold off until late game, no matter what the score is skill will always lead to victory.
