Do you have slow internet perhaps? Streams
require a lot. I assume you use WiFi and if so,
does it help anything if you move closer to your
router? Sometimes connections become shaky if
the connections have to pass through many walls.
Could be some of your programs aren't updated.

I have a 100mbit down connection and I am downloading at maximum speeds, this is not connection related. If a streamer has 720p as a set option I can easily watch that.

and then in the bottom right corner of the video,
click the pop-out button. See if it works then.

When I start a stream, on leagueoflegendsstreams.com or twitch and I have "best quality" chosen as my video quality option I get good sound but no good video quality. It is unwatchable, since it is mostly disturbances all over the video and weird colours flashes everywhere.
If I pick a set quality, like 360p or whatever I get a good video view. My problem is that most streamers have 360 as their best quality choosable and then "best quality" as next option. And I fricking can't watch streams at 360, it's like being in jail being raped from behind twice a day. I need better quality!
I don't have any problems with youtube, I don't have problems with the commercial videos shown in streams, only the streams themselves. And on Twitch i can't even choose the quality myself, or at least I can't find where so I can't ever watch there and only from leagueoflegendsstreams.com.
I have tried in both Chrome which is my main browser and in IE (no, not infinity edge, internet explorer) and same result. I tried looking for updates for my drivers but found nothing.
I am watching from a win 7 eMachines E642G.
Any tips and ideas how I can watch better LoL to become the pro I am destined to be? Or at least enjoy watching streams more!
