Very good guide. I've had the pleasure of seeing this build in action. I was a doubter at first but if you need to late game carry, this build really gives Riven the ability to turn the game around, nearly on the same scale as an AD carry's influence.

I do like this guide so before I say anything, I'll give you a +1 on this. However, I would like to make a few suggestions for how you could improve this guide.

First off, Greater Mark of Desolation benefits Riven a lot more as the game progresses since she will be able to cut through any armor that her opponents have built up to try and stop her. This also goes for Last Whisper to replace the second Bloodthirster. However, I would only suggest getting this item after Guardian Angel because most of the time, the last item that someone gets will be armor or magic resist based on who is fed on the opposing team. Next, Wriggle's Lantern isn't a great item on Riven as it doesn't giver her the overall damage to really abuse her ability to snowball. Rushing Bloodthirster will easily give her that ability and a decent amount of sustain, while still having to make you purchase a Sight Ward. However, with the amount of money that you save if you don't buy Wriggle's Lantern, you could buy 11 Sight Wards if you wanted to. Second to last, your build doesn't give any magic resist besides Guardian Angel and that isn't enough to survive a burst combo of an Annie for example if your Guardian Angel's passive is down. Therefore, getting a Maw of Malmortius will supply you that extra magic resist that you will need to survive the burst, while still being able to chase and kill Annie before she runs away. Last but not least, a solo top opponents section or counter junglers section would be nice to see based on where you play more often. This would help explain who Riven should be chosen against and who a player should avoid choosing Riven against.
