I don't think Evelyn is the easiest
choice of champion to play, when you don't
even have any runes. I'd really suggest you
play someone else. I can imagine that if you're
doing really badly, you could try get some gold
per 5 items if you'd like.

What The LZ said. Lane Eve is weak-ish, and roaming always has the risk of a) Not doing anything/dying, which leads to b) Getting behind on Gold and Experience, which means your lane will be even harder.
