Although I could see positives and negatives to this, what if we made it so someone with a guide on the same champion can't vote on another guide made on that champion. I'm sure the cases in which people enjoy competition and upvote it based off truly honest feedback is much lower than the amount of people who vote down as a method of having theirs go forward.
Partially due to what I see, especially when new champions come out, or if the %'s are really close and partially because my owns guide are subject to downvotes from other players with the same guide.

I agree 100% with Asian on this subject, and as my sign says : But yes this idea has been discussed more than Pam Anderson's tits in a plastic surgeons office.
