wota does give the spell vamp, but AP is more important, so I buy and early hextech and upgrade it after rabadon's

i used to rush wota but when i got up to higher levels it started becoming less viable so dont rush wota

So clarity is a meh skill. You don't wanna rush a WOTA. instead get an early hextech revolver then upgrade it. Move your pro's and con's towards the beginning. remmember to code with [[ instead of [

Um. I don't know what ELO you play at, but don't ever run Clarity. Ever.

It's not a BAD spell, per se...but it's outclassed by flash, ignite, teleport, heal and clairvoyance...by a large margin. Clarity is basically useless once the laning phase ends or you get blue buff.

Learn to manage mana.
