I've noticed even after the rework people still don't play eve or twitch why is that?

Both are quite balanced now but still not the Powerhouses people want them to be.
They might need some minor buffs before people start to play them.

I play Eve, Eve is one of my AP Mid champs. I know a good build for her and i seem to handle her well.

I have seen Twitch used a lot in dominion, but still no eve, They have both received decent rework which was needed, also Eve has only been free once this season if I'm not mistaken, so it's possible that not a lot of new players have even had the chance to play her, so they may be a little uneasy buying a champ that no one likes and that rarely has a free week.

I'd guess that there were more choices for people who wanted to play mid and people seem to prefer to play something tanky/offtanky on top-lane and also within the jungle as well.

As such, it doesn't look like Eve really has a spot on any team comp to most people.

I love her jungling and I get tons of FIRST BLOOD in teams with half a brain. Plus, she's getting even more buffs, Riot admitted that they weren't too sure how people would go about her and so they reworked her a bit on the safe sound in terms of Cooldowns.
