This is how I do HAMMER TIME:

I maximize Tarig's speed using masteries and quentessences. I start with boot, vision ward and hp pot. I try to get b00ts of mobility early. And like MC HAMMER said: YOU CANT TOUCH DIS. I jump from bushes with 473 speed, stun>R>W and my carry wins. This is what i call HAMMER TIME.

Guide looks good. Gonna try it out tonight. I appreciate mentioning the items with Grievous Wounds. I'm a new player and hadn't even thought of using it against life gainers or anyone with nasty sustain.
