If your champion relies heavily on base damages ealy (TF is a prime example) then some MR+GP10s and you'll eventually win out.
DFG is not an item that needs to be completed immediately but it does give you an additional bit of OOMF when engaging.

Well, you could start with kages (more gold is always nice) and play defensively, try to get any bit of cs

I thought everyone has their bad times in mid.
Getting killed, no cs or kills yourself.
Normally after getting some mr, kages should be another mandatory item?
Then most likely you'll get a DFG out of it.
After trying it a few times I think it's a godly item.
Last game I was kass and was stomped hard on cs, can't get kills.
So I end up having a DFG which I never tried on him.
Turns out it pretty much gets me back into the game quickly.
I'm thinking getting DFG for every AP mid if I'm behind.
The base 25% current health adds up so much burst for a cheap price.
Anyone thinks the same too? Or is there a better way to get back from a bad laning time.
