I'd pick scout if I were you. He's an awesome stealth hero, his Q gives him extreme AS and with some items, you can deal tons of damage, and maybe instakill
A hard to play hero though, pretty squishy, and his only CC is the silence with his W. You can buy a brutalizer to stun, that's really recommended
Now answering your question: no, it just work with your wards, the green and pink ones, wriggles is not affected
