GMD has a word about it, i gguess. He played Cho mid in one of EUW inhouses and did pretty well (very sustained lane, very good CC against casters, tanky) until I Omen of Death the Kog'Maw in my team for teamfights.

i play him in top, jungle, and mid. all worked well for me.

You could basically say, cho is back to the value he had when HotshotGG played him top. And that with only little changes.

dude. a few weeks back, i got owned by a Cho'Gath mid. :CC Suuuuper tanky mid once mid game rolls in.
