Exactly, lol. Tho old RAM is expensive (at least in Sweden). Old=DDR2 or DDR.
If you switch motherboard you'll likely have to switch both CPU and RAM (and possibly operating system if you just have a 32bit(x86) OS).
Just get a mouse/keyboard and wait with the motherboard upgrade until you upgrade your entire PC.
