Regardless, this build leaves you way too squishy. Your W and Q are not enough to keep your alive for any appreciable amount of time, especially since you have to spend the self-buff part of W for it to do damage. If you do want to build Taric as something other than a support, I highly suggest running him as a bruiser. Since he has TONS of free armor, he will be pretty much impossible to beat if you're an AD champion. Sort of a Yorick without the crazy 6v5 ult. But a bajilion moar burst.
