Look here.
You are, by default, looking through the published guides that are meeting the sites requirements for what we call "full guide." This means you have all the mastery points and skill points allocated, a full rune page set up, and at least three items per build. The final requirement is 5,000 typed characters in the "body" of the guide. Since you do not meet one of these requirements, your guide is being displayed as "build only," meaning it is not complete according to our standards. Once the issue is fixed and your guide is saved, it should update to "full guide" and be displayed in the search results as such.
From what I can tell, you are missing quints in your first build.

Strange.. I updated the guide, yet it still seems to refuse to become a Full Guide.
I think I'll just archive this one, re-submit a newer version of the guide (with additional chapters I didn't add yet) and see if it fixes it. Thanks anyway.

(Sorry for double post)
Well, I resubmitted an updated version of the guide, and it still doesn't want to be considered a Full Guide. What's the problem?
Edit: Never mind, I finally made it. i honestly think you need to add a notification bar, which tells you what parts your guide is missing to be a full guide. The UI is really, really uninformative.

Mowen discussing this potential update:
Might be in the works, but it might not come. Who knows?
As of yesterday, I also created a thread in this support forum that addresses this issue, might help people in the future to figure out what's wrong.
From my memory of the guide builder, it told you at the top in a big red box what you needed to do in order to get "full guide" quality rating (character requirement, etc.). Is that still there? I don't remember being confused about the requirements at all, has it been moved or something?

Never count on something happening if we say we want to do it, but not we're GOING to do it. Just sayin'. :D

Heheh, yes, we have MANY things we want to do, but only so many minutes in a day. We are presently growing our build team though so hopefully that will change soon.
One of the items on our list is similar to what you say - a "completion" indicator on the edit guide page that suggests what you should do next. It's not a top priority thing unfortunately but, we definitely want to do it.
