My personal favorite is Shyvana. I also run a little Volibear and Diana if I need to.

Jungle champs have different types in my opinion:
The counter-junglers: Jungle Champions that have really fast clear speed and strong early game, whose job is to completely shut down the enemy junglerand making him useless the whole game by stealing his jungle, warding his blue and red buffs, and ambush him there for easy kills when he's low. However they have weak ganks compared to other junglers.
Shyvana, Dr. Mundo, and Skarner are good counter-junglers.
The Gankers: Jungle champions that have normal clear speed, and normal early game, but are incredibly talented at ganking lanes. They can move fast through the jungle and be wherever needed instantly, and have Abilities or ultimates that allows them to engage the gank from far and before the enemy reacts to the gank. Lee Sin(Q and E), Nocturne (Ult) and Malphite (ult) are great gankers.
The Lane snowballers: Jungle champions that have slow to medium clear speed and can't counter-jungle that good, but have INSANE CC for ganks and teamfights. If a jungler of this type ganks a lane unwarded. Its either a kill, a double kill, or double flash burn. You must permaward against these kind of junglers. Nautilus, Amumu, and Shen are insane CC gankers.
HOWEVER: There are champions that are extremely good at 2 or more types at the same time: Shaco is one of the best counterjunglers and his Q is one of the best spell ganks in game. Skarner has really fast clear speed, but his ganks after lvl 6 with ult are scary. Lee Sin is simply king of the jungle, mastering all 3 types.
My favourite is Lee Sin, because his mobility allows him to do impossible ganks, steals and jukes with wards.

Nautilus by far. I love everything about this champion from the enormous CC to his enormous model.I would never think of a champion design like that, and his main theme is the sea. I love water! :D
Also, has a huge-*** effin' anchor and glowy eyes.
