Its missing 
Rabadon's Deathcap and for some reason youmuu's ghostbladde, Soul Shroud, and zeke's herald are in the magic section... and it said the DPS didnt change after I added Zhonya's Hourglass.
Needs some more work but i like the concept.

I add the items that was missing. Now the shop is full...
youmuu's ghostbladde, Soul Shroud, and Zeke's Herald >>> Theese items are in the magic section because the have cooldown reduction. I use the same filter as League of Legends website.
it said the DPS didnt change after I added Zhonya's Hourglass. >>> The DPS it calculate is only base on the basic attack. The simulator is mainly for AD carry (DPS in my chart) or tank (vitality in my chart). If you have idea, i will try to add other charts for the other type of champion.
