Not only is it WAY to short, whats in there is mostly WRONG and BAD. The commenters above gave some good advice for the information so I'm just going to talk about your lack of effort. It really shows. There are people who spend many hours working on guides and things like these just clog it all up.
This might sound harsh but it's true. Greatness requires effort.
The passive will stack on force of nature for spirit visage significantly increasing your regen and any heals you use.
Try trinity force instead of yomuu's ghost blade besides giving better stats, yomuu's begs for black cleaver to make any real use of the penetration.
