You need 5 bonus AD, from anything, for
Inferno Aegis to deal 1 bonus damage from scaling.Getting ArP on the other hand, will increase your auto-attack damage which is up 24/7 compared to burnout.

And sooner or later you clear wolves/wraiths in like 3-5 seconds anyway, it doesn't need to be up all the time.
