1: When I have severely improved the build, skill order, ect. and I'm already in the lower percentages.
2: When I need to make another guide for a different role now that we;re changing how the guides are filtered.

I re-made my talon guide because I believed it didn't have a fair score. After re-making it I discovered the top Talon guide owner at the time had used fake accounts to get his own guide up and most probably been the one who'd down-voted my guide various times. I reported his guide, it got taken down, and my guide instantly became #1 because of it. Fun times.

1. When I neglect a guide for too long and it becomes outdated (Talking 8-12 months, here)
2. When it gets trollvoted beyond belief for a long period of time
3. When I can't afford to keep the current guide updated, I'll archive it and release a new one 6ish months later.
