I'm mainly interested in the part of getting all four evolutions without having to kill Rengar. If you have LOLreplay (I can provide a link if you need me to), could you provide a video to prove that please? Also, can the same be true about Rengar getting the head of Kha'Zix via a pentakill if Kha'Zix isn't around? If so, could you do a video of it? This will help me out a lot since I plan on getting the two myself.

Yeah I upvoted, it's a very good guide. It's nice an in-depth, almost rivalling my own guide, and contains lots of useful information on how to use our favourite assassin. Not personally how I play him, but I can see how it works. It looks good as well.
