Teemo and Spell Vamp

Play a custom by yourself. get some levels and some spellvamp. take some tower shots, and then go auto attack minions. if your hp goes up, spellvamp works with e. if not, it doesn't. I've taken a lot of shit to custom games to practice and playtest.[/quote]
