I see your point. I haven't used this build in ranked matches yet, but I've done fairly well in classic blind and draft pick. I definately appreciate the input though. I will look into better options for sustain.

I do not think that this glass cannon approach will bring you far vs good teams.

If you start top lane with dorans most likely you will get stomped by good players, as you do not have any kind of defensive but your base armor / mr. Any good player will out sustain you and most probably outmanouver you.

Also, every competent jungler will rape you. as your decoy will be your only escape mechanism.

If you do not manage to get far ahead from minute one, this build will fail fail fail.
