DFG just got nerfed, will you keep it in?
If lane doesn't have CC, your ganks will be unsuccessful. Your build is expensive. No kills, no gold, no items.
A jungle Kata might work, but not with what you've given here.
There's so much more I could point out, but since you've not written anything, I can't actually criticise other than the fact that you've written nothing at all.
