As you might know it is possible to change the recommended items, either by 3rd party software or simply by changing the item code in each hero's .ini file. item codes - wiki

I have discovered that I can't change all heroes recommended items. So far I fail to set them for Kha'zix and Nidalee. The item code in respectively .ini file is correct but somehow the items won't change ingame for these champs.

Anyone else have the same issue or have an answer to this?
