Android is certainly the way to go nowadays ... No other OS can compete on mobile devices ...

I agree. When Android reached 4.0 it just started blowing the opposition away.

Android 4.2 and LG Nexus 4 confirmed along with a new tablet called Nexus 10.

Nexus 4 is cheap :O
Only 299/349€ for 8/16GB. (in EU)
CPU: Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro, 4x 1,5 GHz
Screen: 4,7 tum IPS-panel, 1280x768 pixels (320 ppi)
OS: Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean)
Network: 3G (WCDMA), HSDPA+
Storage: 8 GB, 16 GB (no microSD)
RAM: 2 GB
Camera: 8 Mpx (back), 1,3 Mpx (front)
Battery: 2 100 mAh, Li-Polymer
Size: 133,9 x 68,7 x 9,1 mm
Weight: 139 g
Misc: Wireless charging, NFC, Bluetooth
It seems pretty darn good overall.

Here's a nice video with info on the Nexus 4 and Nexus 10 along with some of the features of Android 4.2:

Android 4.2 seems to have a few cool features.
Most notably the "Sphere Camera". It seems to work remarkably well :O (but I'll have to wait and see for myself)

I.e: Mike Rogers doesn't think it's rape unless the victim knows (s)he has been raped. Sounds legit.
