Maybe if you weren't such a condescending *******, people would care. Also, 161 here, bro.

that seemed uncalled for...

if you only have 10 games id advise you to watch streams and check out strategysites before asking for mentoring. EG my blog (check the link in my sig).
First you should start getting accustomed to the game and how the meta works.
After you have straightened out the basics of the game and have played about 200 games it might start making sense to get personal coaching. Just stick to strategysites (prolly not mobafire since the content here is often produced by low elo players) like solomid.net or my own (strawhatbro.net)

My IQ is rather low 110~.

But as you said.Having higer IQ shows how well you learn.Maybe you should put some efforts in some english grammar.

But as sam said, you could watch streams in twitchTV or own3d.
You can either watch informative ones or entertaining ones, since you will most likely learn something when you watch a pro player stream.

EDIT:
Quoted:

I wouldn't recommend a mentor with just 250 wins as a requirement.Even me, with over 300 wins I am not good.
I would set an ELO requirement with a specialised role with it.

Hello, if you have only 10 wins, that means that you aren't even level 5. You don't need mentor, you need to play to level 30, that will take aproximately 150 wins, or 300 games total. By that time you should learn all champions, all items, and then you should ask for mentor.
