Why would we read through it when it's just a wall of text? No colors, no links, no pictures... It's actually a pain to look at. Your info might be good, but it's not worth reading because it's so difficult to keep reading - you lose track of where you are, end up reading the same lines twice, etc etc.
Make it easier for people to read.

Hi you're guide was exceeding difficult to read I gave up within a minute or so. Try adding some colors to it! Also I've played quite a bit of skarner a while back. I would like to make some suggestions if I may:
Since Skarner needs to be around allies to make plays I highly suggest going for Aegies as it offers your team survivability against your enemy and not to mention its a godly tier 2 item.
I dont know what type of jungler you are, but going for an early wriggles helps give the team vision and gives you the option of fast buff clears, aka counter jungling.
You might also want to consider
Speaking of front lines you might also want to consider changing up your shoes as movement speed is quite nice on him it doesnt let you survive once you're caught so perhapse Mercury's would be a more viable option.

Build etc is fine but HOLY COW the wall of text. Try some stuff:
1. More sections
2. Detailed but not herp derp text (promising stuff etc.), reduce what you can
3. Everything you can express in pictures: use them
4. BBC means Ezreal or
No matter how good the content is, it was to be presented in an appropriate way to get attentiona nd help people out :)
Yeah, MOST of the information in the build pertains to how to play the game, which I figured most people wouldn't read anyways. I have no idea how to tag items or include pictures though, or where I would even get the pictures.
