AD Carry Twitch: Highly Underrated
The fact that you go 25 armor pen makes me think you don't really know how adc's work...

also, going 25 armor pen makes last whisper way worse. enjoy having 16 ad less than your lane opponent level 1, who will also have ignite, negating your heal.
AD twitch is borderline, viable, just barely. but he's definitely not viable the way you describe/build him.

So, this skyaz guy, who is plat and MAINS ADC TWITCH is ****ing up something as simple as what runes to go?????? what?????????? wow...Also, Chaox, DontMashMe, and basically every single pro ADC ever to play lol is wrong about SOMETHING as BASIC as what runes to go? Damn dude. I'll get chaox on the horn and tell him that 15AD is noob ****, cuz dis guy says so.
