I would make an other order of content than you use right now in the first place, explain a bit more about each item for the newbies.

I also prefer taking AS over early game AD, because it works well with expunge and deadly poison.

Would love some more explanation about what you did.

Look, the guy who made this build have leaved the development for a new build to me, i will soon release a better "guide" or build than this!
If you want to keep yourself uppdated "sub" to me, well nobody will but if you're interested do that :)

Give more of an explanation about the summoner spells and how they will be beneficial or useless to twitch

Also talking about runes and masteries would be a good idea eg.Which is better armor pen or attack damage and why

Maybe change the layout a small bit as well would help

You have alot of grammar mistakes, and grammar is something that you need if you want a truly good guide. The order in which you put the guide, items first and runes last, is something you need to change. Runes and masteries should be first, in mine and many others opinions. You don't explain your mastery choices properly, which is something you must. Masteries are important too. You have no chapter for how to actually play twitch in the various game stages, you only explain your build. People will need to know how YOU play twitch, and how they should play twitch, just blindly taking a build not knowing how it should be properly played with is devastating. Can't really judge your knowledge about Twitch before you correct these things.
