The chances that old items have had their ID numbers change is low. And it will not take long for people to learn the numbers for the new items, either.

Look at the format of the recommended items, i mean, it is not just 6 items, it is a new system.

Yeah....
Ofc you can mess with the main folder content, but that's not what the "Wow, now we can switch recommended items" guys here are talking about.

Point is, nobody at Riot said that rec items can be changed in S3.
