Your runes do not make too much sense, why would Zed want AP seals? Considered it is a top build, flat armor would have been better because of pokes.
Same with using attack glyphs, it is a LOW amount attack damage you obtain from it. CDR, Flat magic resist or magic resist per level is way better.
And when it comes to the guide itself, I feel you should add more pictures in it, as it is now, it only seems like a huge wall of text.
