Competitive play build blows :/
with witch part you don't agree with me? :) I mean if you could be more specific it would really help me :)
Nice guide. However i really dislike the chapter of Hextech revolver/gunblade. It gives some sustain, but the u forget the Active. HR is a amazing item on Katarina. Rylai's is also something that makes this build a bit weaker in my eyes. It grants massive health and Ap and the passive is a bonus. It keeps u alive and i really don't know how you get so much health with this build. I hope yous sell HG for MP boots?
I actually got some match on your comment "some sustain" for the same amount as revolver (1200) you could get a Blasting Wand same amount of ap and you could get 9 hp potions witch would give you 1350 hp over time. Revolver would heal you for the same amount of hp if you would cast 39 q w combos so i really don't think that is worth it. And about active as I said kat don't need slow anymore as she use to because of changes to ult. And if you meant active dmg I would just better get dfg for that as it does way more damage with active that gunblade (if you count full combo not flat dmg ofc) :)
Hope you got me if not feel free to write me in pm or ingame: citronpineapple
You will have only 50% magic pen. And 50flat magic pen. With full build not 80%
40% from void and 10% from masteries
20 flat magic pen. As aura from
And that is not too big in late game you will be tanky have ap have magic pen. You will have everything you need in late game.
There are circumstances where abyssal scepter and shoes/guise DO NOT stack. Since these aren't addressed in the guide, and a comment above appears to proliferate a misunderstanding of the way these items interact, I'll say a bit on this.
All champions start with 30 Magic Resistance, and about 40% get a per level increase.
SO
If you have Shoes and Abys, and are against any AP champ (they don't get MR/Lv) first your abyssal will proc, reducing their MR to 10. Then in a damage event, your shoes + runes can penetrate MR by up to 30, but since only 10 is left, they only penetrate 10.
IE, unless the enemy has significant amounts of MR, building all those items together isn't the most cost efficient way to increase your damage.
In many cases, building Negatron + Needlessly Large Rod is a better options because it results in an earlier deathcap or hourglass.
Great guide :)
thanks :)
