In game video is definitely a plus. Perhaps include at least a few in game match victory screenshots so that people can see that your guide is worth trying out.

In game video always help, but it won't expose the guide more. It will, however get your points across better. My suggestion is add a short description and a link to it in your signature. That way, every time you post your guide gets exposure.
