Just discovered that if you start two faerie charms, you can quickly rush your tear and a spirit of the lizard elder...just a thought, not a concrete idea for a build. Also, you can poke to high heaven with your w and never run out of mana early game. Sell the SotLE later for more damage-intensive items.

this build is trash, if you are an adc who is behind you won't be able to do any damage with this build.

Sorry but i cant agree with your extreme auto attack speed, and movement speed boosting build:( I tried it and it didnt work very well for me:S
