I played Wc3 when I was 12. It's been 10 years since then. Maybe, just maybe, older games lack players? Hmmm.. let me think.. Yep, they do. WC3 barely has anyone on battlenet these days, it's pretty much empty. Sure, you find 10 custom game rooms (which are usually all the same game), but be prepared to find the 2vs2 queue with 0 players.
WC3 is pretty good. I'm personally not big on strategy games, but Starcraft is a nudge above WC3 overall in my honest opinion.
