In case you're interested, I've devised an item build order I think is pretty effective when planning to build Archangel's. You might try it out and see if maybe you want to adjust yours.
Start with: Boots + potions OR Faerie Charm and Crystalline Flask (Most of the time start with boots to avoid skill shots but the other option can be used when the opponent has weak/no skill shots)
First Return: Boots, Tear of the Godess (or whatever you can afford to work towards tear and boots if you don't already have them)
Next: Sorcerer's Boots then work towards Haunting Guise then finish it with Landry's Torment
Finally: Rabadon's Deathcap -> Abyssal Sceptre -> Banshee's Veil OR (More AP/Magic Pen)
I always consider where I am weak as I go and switch out the order as needed. If you are hurting for AP after you get Haunting Guise, start building Deathcap then get Landry's when Deathcap is completed. If you really need some MR, grab Negatron to start your Sceptre then continue to build as normal. Banshee's is interchangeable depending on weather or not you need more protection but I rarely ever get this far in my build because the other team surrenders or we win.
btw, clean up the text a bit. The images look kinda messy :P
I like the idea of trying out Archangel's on her now with the new item upgrades so I'll have to give that a go. I wouldn't have used it before. I don't think I would use Rylai's Crystal Scepter on her as she has plenty mobility and usually if her burst doesn't finish them she can pop her Ethereal Chain to hold them back and give her a chance to finish the job. I suppose if you're not as good with landing the chains, Rylai's could be a good fallback. I would also get Deathcap sooner in the build.
I wouldn't say Ryze is LeBlanc's most formidable opponent. His cc isn't much to fear since you can still use your abilities while it is on you. Also, you have him on range with your Ethereal Chains. If you juggle around your combo a bit and use chains first, then you can catch him with Q just before the stun hits from your chains then R and W. If he stuns you right when you stun him, you will break it quick enough to finish your combo. There are other ways to mix and match your combo to effectively shut down Ryze.
