The introduction is much more important than you think.
Needs more explanation with certain choices and also fix your item build names, because just saying NAME is pretty ugly looking.

Also another tip: since this is your first guide, try to always put on: comment to vote
Allowes you to learn from your mistakes easier, and prevent troll votes easier.

I don't think Liandry's Torment is even remotely good on Malzahar. The only skill it synergizes well with is Malefic Visions, he has no natural slows to capitalize on it, and he doesn't deal enough damage to make rushing an early Haunting Guise effective.

In my opinion, the item build is very wrong, and your Armor runes are a waste. The guide is overall ugly, you did nothing more than wiki-linking.
