Hi Slaydis,

Thanks for being practically the only person who doesn't suggest fiddle players to rush zhonyas. I played AP nunu a lot before I played fiddle, so I realized just how unique the mobility available during fiddle ults was (although late game I definitely agree zhonyas can be useful, unless you snowball a lot). I used to be a rylai's fan until I read your guide and reasoned that rod is slightly better in most cases (although I give up a bit of slow I got from rylai's).
Anyway as an aspiring middlesticks, I really enjoyed this guide and thought it was well laid out. I hope to send you some ranked game stats soon when I have time to play to show how much your guide has helped. Thanks!

It means everything up until level 3, so this includes red clear as well.

Your clear speed with Doran's Ring/ Amplifying Tome is faster than your clear speed with machete for levels 1-2. You also deal more damage to champions.

Not really a justification for buying it, though; I'd personally still start Machete first unless you're doing that Piece of Sheet build with 9/0/21 masteries and amp tome + ward start.

levels 1-2 is simply just blue buff, so that makes little sense to me. also the wards you can get with machete make up much more than simply dorans, a first blood, or a prevention of fb does a lot, stolen blue or red buffs etc.

ps just talking about junglesticks, didnt know if you knew that

Question, why do you start with dorans ring? I start with machete to go spirit of spectral wraith.

This allows me to jungle very quickly and even be ahead level wise of the bot lane carries, solo dragon at lvl 9 and sometimes earlier, but also the spell vamp it gives stacks with drain. Its like a master yi meditanking that damages the target at the same time. The stats are very good on it, the regen and CDR is always a great combo for fiddle.

Finally with machete i can get two wards to invade or prevent counter jungling which gives a huge advantage early game.

Just thought I would say my two cents. Otherwise great guide man.

I'm actually a long-time Fiddle player and I tried this build and I averaged 15 kills per game. I noticing how many people are questioning your ability order but I agree with your choice. I find that Dark Wind early on is really very powerful especially with your passive. However, my choice is having a long fear with a moderately powerful Drain and Dark Wind but only if I'm doing well.

Amazing guide. Started mid fiddle (suprise skin of course) and loving it. Every game so far I have gone positive. Correct use of abilities as described in the guide and good map awareness and you're truly a force to be reckoned with. Never hesitate to by a ward or two when recalling especially if they have a jungle who enjoys fears to the face often.

Thank you, this guide is great!
I was on a huge losing streak then I found this guide for a champion I never use and I happened to have most of the runes so I tried this guy out. Whenever I get mid, I dominate all the time, (except vs le blanc)
