Stupid Summoner Name Cleanup

Its so stupid that its capped at lvl 6, they should have changed it to every acc not lvl 30, would make a lot more sense...are there not more people ranting about this so riot might do something about this? I wanted to rename myself to Yumeko, but its alrdy in use from a lvl 22 Person which Match History in the LoLClient aswell als LoLkings show NOTHING. =_="[/quote]
