I speak of top rated because we I am aiming to get the high-quality guides as high as possible because that will eventually improve MOBAFire's image. Yes you are allowed to submit an existing guide in the form of a new guide. Do archive the existing one though.[/quote]

If you watch tons of high elo streams that feature a [[Varus]] for example and afterwards you examine their runes, masteries, etc. You can easily put that all together.[/quote]
