This sounds like a Fruit Loops Studio production. I have FL9 but i downloaded it kinda wonky ("wonky" meaning "free") and nothing is in order anywhere so i find it nearly unusable, which is sad because i've written several LoL raps I wanted to create. You ever think about doing something like that?
