Haven't read your guide yet, but i like to point some masteries errors you've commited.
You had spent more points than the max. permited on some masteries.
Havoc has 4/3
Lethality has 3/2
Frenzy has 3/1
Socut has 3/1 (points i dont't think you need for an AD carry)
*EDIT*: after further reading, i've also noticed you had some items that are no longer available on the current patch (such as Elixir of Agility, Ionic Spark and Leviathan)
All the other items seems to be up to date and your guide is very interesting ^^
Hope you can fix the masteries and items issues i've mentioned and good luck with your guide (up-voted).
All of this is due soley to the fact that I haven't had time to do an overhall. This will be the third reconstruction of this guide from season 2 changes to rework changes and now season 3. There's a ton to look at and there is much less of a distinct build path than there used to be so there's boatloads of work to be done. I hope reconstruction to begin very soon.
Just gonna say that building a hurricane instead of PA is pretty viable for twitch considering it lets him add toxin to three enemies at once. Tried it in a couple of games and it really helps his farm, as well as the fact that you can destroy upto three enemies at once with expunge in the late game.
Mixed feelings on that item. Attack speed is fantastic, item is pricey, passive is less glamorous than one would think initially.

I'd like to see more about LeBlanc being a great support. I think that would make it better, because LeBlanc is great and Twitch needs her help, specifically. Maybe you should reevaluate LeBlanc.
