Is clan advertisement allowed ?

So advertising is allowed, but it looks like you need to do it inside that thread. Now I can't view the thread you have linked us, but I've seen (and there are currently) threads that promote / invite people to their clan. I would be in favor of allowing clan advertisment in this forum though (meaning the matchmaking forum). It seems like the place to do it.
